Invitation to Ikebana

Ikebana is the traditional Japanese art of floral arrangement and an expression of respect and appreciation toward nature. While it uses flowers, stems, and leaves much like Western floristry, the philosophy and execution are distinct. We observe life through the arrangement of plants. During each class, participants receive hands-on instruction to create an arrangement to take home. This workshop is open to all skill levels.
